Reboot to recovery & go to wipe menu
Just factory reset (It's available in one click)
Install ROM from SD-Card
Install Kernal
Wipe cache + dalvik cache (It's available in one click)
Reboot
And for simple CWM users:

Wipe android secure
Format system
Install ROM
Install Kernal
Wipe cache
Wipe dalvik cache
Reboot
